如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B．投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或授權(quán)代理商。如果投標(biāo)人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書(shū)。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說(shuō)明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷(xiāo)售工作。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of bid goods. If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.
如果投標(biāo)人是代理商,應(yīng)具有****年*月*日至****年**月**日氣動(dòng)旋塞閥的銷(xiāo)售業(yè)績(jī)（至少一個(gè)），并提供相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance (at least one) of Pneumatic Plug (ON-OFF) Valves from January *st, **** to December **st, ****, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The sales performance documentary evidence includes but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures and seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), the name of the manufacturer, and the name of the goods. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
投標(biāo)文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書(shū)的中標(biāo)候選人，應(yīng)在中標(biāo)候選人公示后 *個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書(shū)原件（簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件）送達(dá)招標(biāo)人聯(lián)系人進(jìn)行核驗(yàn)，對(duì)于國(guó)外制造商授權(quán)書(shū)原件，投標(biāo)人提前準(zhǔn)備以滿足核驗(yàn)原件期限要求。投標(biāo)文件中提供的制造商授權(quán)書(shū)可在制造商官方網(wǎng)站上查詢(xún)并核驗(yàn)一致的或紙質(zhì)投標(biāo)已遞交制造商授權(quán)書(shū)原件的，可免于送交原件核驗(yàn)。核驗(yàn)結(jié)果不一致的，將按照提供虛假投標(biāo)資料處理；未能在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)提供原件的，將視為不如實(shí)提供材料處理。上述兩類(lèi)情況將取消中標(biāo)候選人資格及中標(biāo)資格，并按照中國(guó)海油相關(guān)制度規(guī)定給予禁用等處理。
The winning candidates who provide the manufacturer's authorization letter in the tender documents shall deliver the original manufacturer's authorization letter (the signature, personal seal or official seal must all be the original. Scanned and printed documents will not be accepted) to the contact person of the tenderer for verification within * working days after the public announcement of the winning candidates. For the original authorization letter from the foreign manufacturer, the bidder should prepare it in advance to meet the time limit requirement for verifying the original. 其中，至少包含*臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于***lb的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥和*臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)溫度不低于***℃的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥。（需注意：壓力等級(jí)和設(shè)計(jì)溫度可以同時(shí)在*臺(tái)閥門(mén)中體現(xiàn)，也可以分別在*臺(tái)閥門(mén)中體現(xiàn)；壓力等級(jí)和設(shè)計(jì)溫度不要求必須同時(shí)體現(xiàn)在*個(gè)合同業(yè)績(jī)中，可以分別在*個(gè)合同業(yè)績(jī)中體現(xiàn)。)
如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績(jī)。
From *st Jan, **** to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have * supply contracts of BPA plant pneumatic plug valves, and the number of individual contract valves is greater than or equal to **.
Among the two contracts, there is at least one pneumatic plug valves with a pressure class of not less than ***lb and one pneumatic plug valve with a design temperature of not less than ***℃.(Note: Pressure rating and design temperature can be reflected in * valve at the same time, or can be reflected in * valves; Pressure rating and design temperature are not required to be reflected in * contract at the same time, but can be reflected in * contract performance.)
If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the contract of that manufacturer should be provided.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱(chēng)、裝置名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、貨物數(shù)量、壓力等級(jí)、設(shè)計(jì)溫度。
若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供*個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為*個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。
The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) . The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods, pressure rating and design temperature.
If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過(guò)所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
