(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：具備建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人需具備建筑工程注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上資格，本項(xiàng)目專門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: The project must hold a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects issued by the Ministry of Construction. The proposed project leader must have a Class II or above registered constructor qualification for construction projects.
